Program Overview (5 year Term)

Effective Communication

Learn how to communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose. This course explores active listening, tone, body language, and message delivery for stronger, more impactful connections.

Training and Experience

Learn technologies, tools and necessary skills to succeed as your own data company. You will learn and shadow our team members in year 1 & 2, perform on your own engagements under our guidance and then gradually move to operate on your own.

Process Improvement

Discover how to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement smarter systems. This course helps you create processes that actually work, for a team or just for yourself.

Brilliant Associates Network

In years 3-5 you operate on your own as part of the Brilliant Associates Network slowly decoupling from our direct supervision to part-time and eventually 100% on your own by year 5.

This is unlike any program or bootcamp you have ever signed up for. We believe in giving back.

Apply to the Program

  • Year 1 → training in required technologies. We expect you to have entry level web development in javascript, data and analytical skills. You will shadow our team members gaining knowledge, learning on the go, performing on client engagements. Self-study is incumbent. You will only succeed if you put in the work

    Year 2 → you fully contribute to our client engagements, learning scoping, and operating independently

    Year 3 → you graduate to your own organization, operating with our assistance up to 50% of the time when you are stuck.

    Year 4 → we assist you up to 25% of the time with back office support on your client engagements. You will start to source your own engagements.

    Year 5 → we assist you up to 10% of the time on your client engagements with back office support.

    Year 6+ → you can choose to join the Brilliant Associates Network as a Member or continue on your own. Network members receive shared services, discounted product and services and support from us.

  • Yes. The choice is ultimately yours. You will bound by non-compete and non-disclosure agreements

  • No. We evaluate you for your strengths and only if you meet our expectations and commitment to service excellence will you be invited to the program upon completion of the Brilliant Associate Program

  • Absolutely not! If you can prove command of technologies and drive for learning more, with an open mind to incorporate feedback, then you will succeed.

  • This varies based on location and qualifications.
